Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service operates during regular business hours, Monday to Sunday. Deliveries will be made within normal working hours on these days.
A signature is usually required for standard delivery unless otherwise specified.
Please note that we cannot deliver to certain address types. We kindly ask that you review our delivery restrictions before placing your order.

Shop Pickup

When collecting your order, please bring your order reference number (printed, text message, or email) as well as proof of ID. This helps us verify your order and ensure secure collection

Damaged Parcels

We take pride in packing your order securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit. If your parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to return it to the sender.
